freak D:

I got woke up from one of the weirdest dreams ever this morning by barking dogs. This is how it went.

I’m sitting on the couch at my house and my mom comes and asks me what I want for my birthday.

I respond with “a new Windows update!” like I’ve been planning it for weeks and it might be the best thing ever, even better than a kitten or cake or another 512 mb of ram, which are the finest things in life, of course. At which point the awake version of me is going “what the HECK” somewhere in the back of my brain, but of course you have limited control over things like that in dreams.

So we went over to the computer and she makes me sort through them and pick out the one I want and I find it in the list (it was a really long list) and all of the updates have PRICES next to them. It all sort of resembles the iTunes store for some reason. So we pay for and start downloading the one I wanted and halfway through IT GETS STUCK. AND THE PROGRAM CRASHES. AND IT WON’T DOWNLOAD. AND I’M UPSET.

And then I woke up. :B

I still wish I knew what kind of update could possibly be a. worth getting excited enough over to want for my birthday, and b. worth PAYING for.
